The OsStr and OsString types and associated utilities.

Structs

• DisplayExperimental
  Helper struct for safely printing an OsStr with format! and {}.
• OsStrExperimental
  Borrowed reference to an OS string (see OsString).
• OsStringExperimental
  A type that can represent owned, mutable platform-native strings, but is cheaply inter-convertible with Rust strings.
